Recently while talking to a colleague of mine she became irate about her lack of access to a network marketing leader. He is one of the A players in his company with a team in the tens of thousands.
She was upset because she had been promised help from this company leader and felt slighted because it felt like he was avoiding her by not returning her calls and, seemingly, making it difficult for a time to get the business shown to her prospects nailed down.
I simply asked her one question…
Were you asked to do anything in return for this network marketing leader coming to help you?
She said that he asked her to have 10 people confirmed for her home meeting…which she didn't do. That's all i needed to hear.

That's exactly the time to stretch your comfort zone and get committed to doing what it takes to get noticed by your network marketing leader by completing the actions they suggest you take. Thus is how they determine where to invest their valuable time and determine who is a player versus who is a pretender.
2. Show Your Network Marketing Leader You Are Getting Results
Nothing screams to a successful networker louder than a person on their team getting results.
Whether the result is your team growth, team sales or even the number of team members you bring to an event. Results matter!
Generating results is a super fast way to get that network marketing leader to notice you. Lets face it they likely have tons of people vying for their time so working with those team members that earn it is a key strategy that successful networkers use.
3. Attend All Training and Implement What You Learn
Show your leader that you are eager to put any training you receive into action without being told what to do so.
Network marketing leaders are always looking for people that are serious about building their business independently and step into leadership. So what do you think will happen if you are not only proactive in building your business, independently of your leader, and actually getting results…
You will be getting a lots of attention from your network marketing leader because you stepped up.
Ultimately they will see you as someone that is deserving of their time and be more than willing to partner with you to get you to the next level.
4. Get Noticed by Not Being Ordinary or Average
lets face it average isn't inspiring for anyone and it won't get you the attention you want from that uber successful network marketing leader.
In the network marketing industry a large proportion of people get in with get rich quick dreams. They soon realize that to make money at home is going to take serious work and its way easier to be average and just go through the motions.
What i'm suggesting is getting serious about why you want to grow a business from home and not take average action. Instead take massive amounts of inspired, consistent, committed, focused, intentional action. This will not only get you the results you want but will also bring you to the attention of that network marketing leader in your company.
